KEAHI has filed an Amended Complaint in the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, CIVIL NO. 5CCV-24-0000077 to determine all claims adverse to, and to establish his fee simple title interests in two parcels of real property identified as: Apana 1 and Apana 2 of Royal Patent No. 3758, Land Commission Award No. 238-Y to MOOPUNA (k), situate at Moloaa, District of Kawaihau, Island and County of Kauai, State of Hawaii, presently designated by Tax Map Key: (4) 4-9-014-009; and Tax Map Key: (4) 4-9-013-018, respectively, their respective legal boundaries, their respective rights of legal access, their respective legal partition, and Plaintiff’s claims for cotenancy contribution therein, and other relief as justice requires.
