YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2004 MASTR ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2004-FRE1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-FRE1, has filed a Complaint against you in that action filed as Civil No. 5CCV-25-0000055 in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the property located at 4330 Kauai Beach Drive, C-4, Lihue, Hawaii, 96766, TMK No. (4) 3-7-003-014 (CPR 0040), in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Stephanie Char, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in her courtroom in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit, Pu’uhonua Kaulike Building, 3970 Ka’ana St., Courtroom #6, Lihu’e, HI 96766, on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Pulice Nervell, Attorneys at Law, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 700 Bishop St., 21st Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
