YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff GATHER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, a federally chartered credit union, filed a Complaint (Assumpsit – Money Owed); Declaration; Exhibits 1, 2 & 3; and Summons against you in Civil No. 5DRC-25-983, in the District Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii, praying for judgment for sums due and owing for nonpayment of an auto and consumer loans, interest, late fees, attorneys’ fees and costs, and for other proper relief.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the Courtroom of the Presiding Judge of the above-entitled Court, Kauai, Hawaii, on Monday, the 9th day of March
