YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Plaintiff ROUBEN J. BUYAT has filed an action against you in the above-entitled Court wherein they pray for judgment against you as described in the Complaint, filed on June 4, 2025, and as follows:
A) An award of special damages in an amount to be shown at trial;
B) An award of general damages in an amount to be shown at trial;
C) An award of pre-judgment and post-judgment interest;
D) An award of attorneys’ fees and costs of the action;
E) Joint and several liability against any joint tortfeasors; and
F) Such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper and as may be permitted by law.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Judge Presiding in Courtroom #6 at 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihu’e, Hawai’i, 96766 on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 1:00 p..m., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiffs’ counsel, DH Law LLC, whose address is 4028 Rice Street, Suite B, Lihu’e, Hawai’i, 96766. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
