YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the Courtroom of the Judge of the above-entitled Court, Pu’uhohonua Kaulike Building, 3970 Ka’ana Street, Courtroom 2, Lihu’e, Hawai’i 96766, on Monday, the 15th day of December, 2025 at 8:00 o’clock, A.M., or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before said date upon Kevin W. Herring or Brennan M. Wong, attorneys for Plaintiff HAWAIIAN FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, whose address is 999 Bishop Street, 14th Floor, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Plaintiff’s Complaint.
