On 03/05/2025, Plaintiff filed an Ex Parte Motion for Leave to Serve Defendant David R. Campbell by Publication (“Ex parte Motion”). The Honorable Randal G. B. Valenciano granted Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Motion.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Randal G.B. Valenciano, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in Courtroom 4 at 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihu’e, Hawai’i, 96766 on THURSDAY, the 05TH day of JUNE, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., of said day or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon the court and McCorriston Miller Mukai MacKinnon LLP, attorneys for Plaintiff ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF KULANA, whose address is Five Waterfront Plaza, 4th Floor, 500 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawai’i, 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
