BE ADVISED that a Complaint has been filed against you for a writ of possession for the premises known as Space E-6, Ching Young Shopping Village, Hanalei, Kauai, Hawaii, and for unpaid rents and utilities.

You are hereby cited to appear at the hearing of the above-entitled action in the District Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii, at Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, to be held in the Courtroom 2 of the Presiding Judge at 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii, on Monday, the 30th day of October, 2017, at 8:00 o’clock a.m. to show cause, if any you have, why the prayer of said Complaint should not be granted. Unless you appear at said Court at the time and place aforesaid, your default will be recorded and the said Complaint will be taken as confessed, and judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Complaint, and you will be forever barred from contesting said Complaint or any judgment entered thereon.

Appearance may also be entered by Answer or appropriate pleading filed in said proceeding prior to or at any time of said hearing pursuant to the rules of said Court.
