WAHIAWA HOSPITAL FOUNDATION (WHF) is requesting
sealed proposals from qualified Fundraising Service firms to support WHF and Wahiawa General Hospital’s Mission, Vision and Values.
For copies of the RFP or further information, please contact Leslie Ming at 808-621-4426 or by leslie.ming@wahiawageneral.org. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 3:00 pm on Friday, March 16, 2018.
No late proposals accepted. Mail or drop off sealed proposals (faxed or emailed copies not acceptable) to Wahiawa General Hospital, 128 Lehua Street, Wahiawa, HI 96786, Attn: Leslie Ming, Quality Coordinator. Sealed proposals will be opened and recorded by members of the Evaluation Committee on Monday, March 19 at 8:00 a.m.
WHF reserves the right to accept or refuse any and all sealed proposals, re-advertise for proposals, or proceed otherwise as deemed in the best interests of the Hospital.
