VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 928

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Ms. Lucinda Robertson has applied for a variance for a maximum of five (5) years from Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 11-62, “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Matt Volk of Volk LLC is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. This variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at 5385 Kapaka Street, Princeville, Hawaii 96722 and TMK: (4) 5-3-008: 022 Unit 3.
