VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 770

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Ms. Judy Kwon has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 11-62, “Wastewater System.”
Mr. Wayne Wada, P.E., Esaki Surveying & Mapping, Inc., is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at Kuhio Highway, Hanalei, Hawaii 96714 and TMK: (4) 5-5-008: 041.
