VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 665

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Daniel Stanworth has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-33.1(c) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Matt Volk of Volk LLC is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at Kuhio Highway/Kalihiwai Road, Kilauea, Hawaii 96754 and TMK (4) 5-3-002: 009.
