VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 579

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Alexander Ortiz & Wanda Ahonui have applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-32 Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) “Wastewater Systems.”
Mr. Donn A. Carswell, P.E., Civil Engineer, is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the installation of a new individual wastewater system that is located at 1330 Ihona Place, Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii 96746 and TMK (4) 4-4-005: 099.
