WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Mr. Greg Davis has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from Sections 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(A) and 11-62-31.1(a)(1)(D) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, “Wastewater Systems.”
Ms. Sarah Broward, Designer, Lox Hawaii LLC, is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance is for a new proposed individual wastewater system (IWS) to be installed at 4796 Nonou Road, Kapaa, Hawaii 96746 and TMK (4) 4-1-008: 068. The new proposed IWS will replace two (2) existing cesspools on the property.
