Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following.
Mr. Stuart Zimmerman of Princeville, Kauai, Hawaii has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years as stated in the variance application from Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) section 11-62-32.
Mr. Zimmerman is requesting the renewal of a variance for the continued use of an aerobic treatment unit system for the property at 5389 Y Kapaka Street, Princeville, Kauai, Hawaii, 96722, and TMK (4) 5-3-008-022-5.
