Notification of Public Hearing
Aqua Puhi, LLC, dba Puhi Sewer & Water Company (Aqua Puhi) filed an application for a general rate increase with the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission (PUC) on June 6, 2025. A summary of the rate changes, increases and requests that Aqua Puhi is seeking in the application are set forth in the PUC’s Notice of Public Hearing, which can be viewed at this link: www.aquaengineers.com/puc
The PUC has scheduled a public hearing on Aqua Puhi’s proposed rate increase and application to allow interested persons to state their views. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing to find out more about the proposed rate increase and application and to provide an opportunity for public comments.
