Installation of Enhanced Pavement Markers & New Milled Rumble Strip
at Various Locations-Island of Kauai – Work Order No. 07
Work on Route 540 Halewili Road from Route 50 to Post Mile 3.88 to tentatively begin on July 28, 2022 and is estimated to be completed by October 03, 2022. Inclement weather may delay completion. No parking on or within 15′ of edge-line will be permitted during working hours and "No Parking" signs will be posted in all areas where anticipated work will take place.
The project includes removal of existing pavement markings/markers and installation of new pavement markings/markers & installation of centerline milled rumble strip.
The project limits will be Route 540 Halewili Road from Route 50 to Post Mile 3.88
Lanes closures will be implemented during construction during the following hours:
Daily: Monday through Friday 6AM to 4PM
