NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE JOANNA KIKI PRUETT REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
DATED FEBRUARY 26, 2018, ALSO KNOWN AS THE JOANNA K. PRUETT REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 25, 2018, AS RESTATED

All persons having a claim against the Joanna Kiki Pruett Revocable Living Trust Dated February 25, 2018, also known as the Joanna K. Pruett Revocable Living Trust dated February 26, 2018, as Restated, including claims against Joanna Kiki Pruett, also known as Joanna K. Pruett, as settlor of such trust, and/or against her estate, are hereby notified that William L. Snyder, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, Suite 202, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, is currently serving as the Successor Trustee of said trust; and that Joanna Kiki Pruett, also known as Joanna K. Pruett died on January 30, 2026 while domiciled in the County of Kauai, State of Hawaii.

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 560:3-801, all creditors of the Joanna Kiki Pruett Revocable Living Trust Dated February 25, 2018, also known as the Joanna K. Pruett Revocable Living Trust dated February 26, 2018, as Restated, and/or of the Estate of Joanna Kiki Pruett, also known as Joanna K. Pruett, are hereby notified to present their claims against said trust and/or estate with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
