NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE WINTER-BASKO FAMILY TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 26, 2010
All persons having a claim against the WINTER-BASKO FAMILY TRUST dated February 26, 2010, including claims against IHOR JOHN BASKO, as settlor of such trust, and/or against his estate, are hereby notified that Jane J. Winter, also known as Jane Jousseaume Winter, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, Suite 202, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, is the currently-serving Trustee of the WINTER-BASKO FAMILY TRUST dated February 26, 2010, and that Ihor John Basko, who was domiciled in the County of Kauai, State of Hawaii, died on February 14, 2026.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes section 560:3-801, all creditors of the WINTER-BASKO FAMILY TRUST dated February 26, 2010, and/or of the Estate of Ihor John Basko, are hereby notified to present their claims against said trust and/or estate, to the Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or such claims will be forever barred.
