Pursuant to Hawai’i Revised Statutes §560:3-801, notice is hereby given that MICHAEL O. WOLTMON, also known as Michael Orean Woltmon, passed away on October 9, 2023.
All persons having claims against the Decedent, the Decedent’s estate, or the Decedent’s trust (if any), are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to lwoltmon@gmail.com, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or such claims will be forever barred.
Pursuant to statute, claims by known creditors who receive actual written notice must be presented within sixty (60) days after such notice, or be forever barred.
