Pursuant to §560:3-801, Hawaii Revised Statutes, all creditors of the Decedent, the Decedent’s Estate, and that certain trust established by Decedent under the CURTIS AND SUSIE CHRISTENSEN REVOCABLE TRUST dated April 15, 2022 (the “Trust”), are hereby notified that Curtis Christensen, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, Suite 202, Lihue, Hawaii, is the current acting Trustee of the Trust, and that any and all claims which they have against the Decedent, the Decedent’s Estate or the Trust, even if secured by a mortgage or lien, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Trustee, at the above address, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
