FILED, the Application of AVELINA D. SEMANA praying for adjudication of intestacy and informal administration of decedent’s estate, and for appointment of and issuance of Letters to Applicant as Personal Representative, who is a resident of the State of Hawaii,
Any interested person who has any objection to informal administration or appointment may file a petition for formal proceedings within fourteen (14) days after the date of the first publication of this notice; any interested person desiring further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, should file a demand for notice pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-204.
All creditors of the above named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to Applicant’s attorney at the address shown below, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
