ESTATE OF SHERYL LYNN OLIN, also known as SHERYL LYNN STALEY-OLIN and SHERYL L. OLIN, Deceased.

FILED, an Application by Roger S. Staley and Allen G. Staley, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters of Administration to Roger S. Staley and Allen G. Staley, as Co-Personal Representatives of the above-referenced estate.

If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.

All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominees, c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, #203, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
