NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the successor trustee named below to all persons having a claim against CINDY MIKI KOBAYASHI (“Decedent”), who died on May 5, 2018, Decedent’s Estate or the Cindy M. Kobayashi Revocable Living Trust dated December 15, 1994 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to BRUCE K. KOBAYASHI, successor trustee of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is 4034 Alala Place, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
