NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE TRUST ESTATE OF

MERLY V. CRUZ, Deceased

Merly V. Cruz, of Kapaa, Kauai, Hawaii, died in Lihue, Hawaii, on December 4, 2017. All persons having a claim against Merly V. Cruz, her estate, and/or the Merly V. Cruz Self-Trusteed Trust, dated October 27, 1999, are hereby notified that JOHN M. CRUZ is the Trustee of the Merly V. Cruz Self-Trusteed Trust, as amended.

All claims should be sent to John M. Cruz, 33 Union Square, Apt. 923, Union City, CA 94507.

Pursuant to §560:3-801, Hawaii Revised Statutes, all creditors of said Merly V. Cruz, her estate, and/or the Merly V. Cruz Self-Trusteed Trust, dated October 27, 1999, as amended, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the said trust at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
