Notice of Branch Establishment
Bank of Hope, with its main headquarters located at 3200 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 1400, Los Angeles, California, 90010, has filed an application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for permission to relocate a branch to be known as the Kauai Branch, located at 4393 Kukui Grove Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766 to Kauai Safeway, 4454 Nuhou Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at 25 Jessie Street at Ecker Square, Suite 2300, San Francisco, California 94105-2780, not later than 15 days after the date of this publication. The comment period will expire on August 1, 2025. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
