- NATIONAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION ACT SECTION 106 PROGRAMMATIC AGREEMENT
- FOR HAWAII HISTORIC BRIDGE PROGRAM – FINAL DRAFT.
- The State of Hawaii HDOT and the Federal Highway Administration have developed a programmatic agreement to streamline 106 review of repair and maintenance to historic bridges. These projects will have no effect or no adverse effect to the historic property.
- There are several upcoming opportunities to participate:
- 1) Review the Documents and Provide Comments

Thursday, March 13th at 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Additionally, we will participate in the County Cultural Resource Commission meetings over the next two months (February and March) to present the final draft of the National Historic Preservation Act Section 106 Programmatic Agreement for Hawai’i Historic Bridge Program.
