NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL CONDOMINIUM UNITS IN KIM/WATANABE TRUST ESTATES:
Pursuant to HRS 514B-95-5, Developer hereby gives notice as follows:
1. Kim/Watanabe Trust Estates, Registration No. 8492, is a four unit condominium project located at 1740 A Poloke St., Kapaa, Hawaii 96746, TMK (4) 4-6-025-044.
2. The minimum price of the residential units is: Unit 1 $495,000; Unit 2 $595,000; Unit 3 $395,000; Unit 4 $195,000.
3. The residential units will be sold as fee simple.
4. For the 30-day period following the initial date of sale of the condominium project, at least fifty per cent of the residential units being marketed shall be offered only to prospective owner- occupants.
5.
