Potential bidders must provide proof of ability to comply with 10% requirement prior to participating in auction. Buyer shall pay all costs of closing, including without limitation escrow, conveyance and recordation fees and conveyance taxes and is responsible for securing possession of the property upon recordation, including all costs of eviction/ejectment if necessary.
