The estimated costs/Sales price for said interval is shown above. Each interval shall be sold separately, in an “AS IS” condition with no upset price, to the highest bidder with not less that TEN PERCENT (10%) of the highest bid price payable as a non-refundable deposit in cash (US) or certified/cashier’s check at the close of the auction, with the balance of remaining funds due to Chicago Title Insurance Company, on behalf of the Owners Association within 30 days, from the date of sale. POHAKU RESORT MANAGEMENT on behalf of PACIFIC FANTASY TIME SHARE OWNERS ASSOCIATION will be allowed credit bids, since the monies are owed to them. Purchaser shall pay all costs of conveyancing, including Title Insurance and Escrow fees, conveyance tax, document drafting and preparation, securing possession and notary and recording fees. Sale is subject to postponement and/or cancellation, for any reason before, or after commencement or bidding, at POHAKU RESORT MANAGEMENT discretion.
