NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all creditors of M & H KANESHIRO FARMS, INC., that pursuant to H.R.S. Section 414-383 the Corporation was dissolved by unanimous written consent of its Shareholder as allowed by H.R.S. Section 414-124, and that the required Articles of Dissolution were properly filed with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.

All creditors with claims against the Corporation should present their claims to M & H Kaneshiro Farms, Inc. at P. O. Box 398, Kalaheo, Hawaii 96746 no later than thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this Notice. All claims not so presented shall be forever barred.

All submitted claims must: (1) describe and contain all information necessary for the Corporation to understand the nature, amount and date of the claim; and (2) will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication date of the newspaper notice.
