The Petition of Appointment of a Guardian of the Person of a Minor will be heard in the Family Court of the Fifth Circuit located at Pu’uhonua Kaulike Buidling, 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihu’e, Kaua’i, Hawai’i on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 8:00 AM in Courtroom# 1.
If you fail to appear at the hearing, or to file an answer with the Office of the Chief Clerk of the Fifth Circuit at 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihu’e, Hawaii 96766, before the date of the hearing, further action may be taken in this cause without further notice to you.
THIS SUMMMONS SHALL NOT BE PERSONALLY DELIVERED BETWEEN 10:00 P.M. AND 6:00 A.M. ON PREMISES NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, UNLESS A JUDGE OF THE DISTRICT OR CIRCUIT COURTS PERMITS, IN WRITING ON THE SUMMONS, PERSONAL DELIVERY DURING THOSE HOURS. FAILURE TO OBEY THE SUMMONS MAY RESULT IN AN ENTRY OF DEFAULT AND DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST THE PERSONS SUMMONS.
