PLEASE BE ADVISED that there has been FILED in the Fifth Circuit Court, State of Hawaii, under Case No. 5CLP-24-0000085, a Petition by ANN M.V. CROYDON, whose address is c/o Kauai Estate Law, LLLC, 4334 Rice Street, Suite 202, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, seeking a determination that GUY SPENCER CROYDON, ALSO KNOWN AS GUY S. CROYDON, ALSO KNOWN AS GUY CROYDON, who was last seen or heard from in Haena, County of Kauai, State of Hawaii on July 11, 2024, should be deemed to have died on July 11, 2024, and directing the issuance of a certificate of death accordingly.

Watanabe, in her courtroom No. 6, located at 3970 Ka’ana Street, Lihue, Hawaii 96766, is the appointed date, time and place for hearing said Petition and all interested persons, including anyone who may have information as to the whereabouts of said GUY SPENCER CROYDON, ALSO KNOWN AS GUY S.
