OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Shioi Construction, Inc. of that certain Koloa Village Condo – Building N situated at 3414 Weliweli Road, Koloa, HI 96756, TMK: 2-8-008-001, has been completed.
