NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Hawaiian Island Property, LLC – Brian Barretto that certain deficiencies due to lack of permits obtained during house construction situated at 6573E Puupilo Rd, Kapaa, Hawaii, TMK: 4-2-022-018-0000, have been corrected.
