NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain Grading & Drainage Improvements on Wawae Road situated at Lawai, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 2-4-002: 010 & 028: 2-5-003:002, 016, 018, 022, 024, 039, 050, & 054, has been completed.
