NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Resolute Builders LLC of that certain New Single Family Residence situated at 6937C Kawaihau Road, Kapaa, Hawaii 96746, TMK: (4) 4-4-012:022 00022 CPR2, has been completed.
