OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
 

        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Island Septic Solutions of that certain Installation of seven septic systems, including tanks and all other necessary parts for the system’s operation situated at Namahana Place, Kilauea, HI 96754, TMK: 4-5-2-005-052 (developed raw land into 11 CPR units with road access and all utilities), has been completed.
