OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
 

        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Roger Taniguchi Inc. of that certain Installation of water line; electrical, telephone, and cable; concrete driveway, curbing and sidewalks; and AC paving situated at Namahana Place, Kilauea, HI 96754, TMK: 4-5-2-005-052 (developed raw land into 11 CPR units with road access and all utilities), has been completed.
