NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain Kaumualii Highway Intersection Improvements at Lauoho Road & Kuli Road situated at District of Koloa, Island of Kauai, TMK: Mile Pot 10.83 ± to Mile Post 11.05 ±, has been completed.
