NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Section 507-43 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by (a) Garden Isle Flooring, Inc. doing business as Flooring Innovations & Interiors, and (b) Interstate Restoration Hawaii, LLC, doing business as First Onsite and First Onsite Property Restoration, of certain improvements, including improvements to the flooring in that certain condominium unit, situated at 1831 Poipu Rd, Apt 720 Koloa, HI 96756-9429, bearing tax map key no. (4) 2-8-027-020-0052 has been completed.
