OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Leonard Lyons of that certain Installation of a restaurant in an existing building and an added outside pavilion structure situated at 2555 Ala Namahana Parkway, Kilauea, Hawaii, TMK: 5-2-023-030, has been completed.
