NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain Wainiha Powerhouse Road & Culvert Repairs (FEMA #45580) situated at Wainiha, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4)5-8-04 and (4)5-8-05, has been completed.
