PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The State of Hawai'i Office of Information Practices (OIP) will hold a public hearing to consider the repeal of Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) Title 2, Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Subtitle 7, Office of Information Practices, Chapter 2-71 (HAR Chapter 2-71), which sets forth "Agency Procedures and Fees for Processing Government Record Requests" made under Hawaii's Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA), Chapter 92F, Hawaii Revised Statutes; and HAR Chapter 2-73, entitled "Administrative Appeal Procedures" (HAR Chapter 2-73); in their entirety and to be replaced by the proposed adoption of HAR Chapters 3-200 and 3-201, respectively.
