OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc., of that certain Invasive Species Management/Removal situated at District of Hanalei, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 5-6-01 State Highway, has been completed.
