OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc., of that certain Residential Subdivision and Wastewater Pump Sta. situated at Hanamaulu, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 3-7-03: 20 and (4) 3-7-02:01, has been completed.
