YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2005-AR6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR6 filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 5CCV-24-0000040 in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Circuit, State of Hawaii. In the Complaint, Plaintiff is asking for, among other things, foreclosure of the property located at 4-1038 Kuhio Highway, Kapaa, Hawaii 96746, Tax Map Key No. (4) 4-5-001-029 (“mortgaged property”) which is listed in the Note and Mortgage as 1038 Kuhio Highway, Kapaa, Hawaii 96746, Tax Map Key No. (4) 4-5-001-029, in which you may claim an interest; a judgment against you for monies owed for principal, interest, late charges, costs, expenses, advances, and attorney’s fees on a mortgage loan; and for other appropriate relief.
YOU ARE SUMMONED to appear before the HONORABLE RANDAL G.B. VALENCIANO, in the Judge’s courtroom, 3970 Kaana Street, Lihue, HI 96796, on TUESDAY, AUGUST 05, 2025, at 1:00 P.M., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before the above date on the LAW OFFICES OF MARVIN S.C. DANG, LLLC, attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is P.O. Box 4109, Honolulu, Hawaii 96812-4109. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Failure to obey this Summons may result in an entry of default and default judgment.
