VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 855

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Poipu Resort Partnership has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-32 of Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) "Wastewater Systems."
Mr. Wayne Wada, Esaki Surveying and Mapping, Inc., is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at 4936 Lawai Road, Koloa, Kauai, Hawaii, 96756 and TMK: (4) 2-6-005: 024.
