It appearing to the satisfaction of the Clerk of said Court by the affidavit of Petitioner that the Respondent, Joseph M. Schuldt, is a non-resident of the County of Allen, State of Indiana, and that the exact residence of said Respondent cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, and that an action exists for the dissolution of the marriage of Roxanne Mae Schuldt and Joseph Michael Schuldt.
Notice is, therefore, hereby given to said Respondent Joseph Michael Schuldt of the filing and pendency of said Petition for Dissolution action. Further notice is given to said Respondent that the final hearing on said dissolution will be held on February 23, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., the same will be heard and determined with or without your presence at said hearing.
