NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Earthworks Pacific, Inc. of that certain Sewer & Water Extension for County of Kauai Proposed Workforce Housing situated at Koloa, Kauai, Hawaii, TMK: (4) 2-6-4:09 & 2-6-15:06 & 08, has been completed.
