VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. WW 675
DOCKET NO. 21 – VWW – 39
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested persons regarding the following. Ms. Tonia Vyenielo has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from section 11-62-31.1.(a)(1)(D) of Hawaii Administrative Rules, "Wastewater Systems."
Mr. Micah Kagimoto of Kagimoto & Associates LLC is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed for two (2) dwelling units at 1206 and 1206A Kamalu Road, Kapaa, Hawaii and TMKs (4) 4-4-005-062: 0001 and 0002.
